Fourth Annual NALSAP Conference Cancelled

NALSAP Annual Conference and Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

No doubt each of you are heavily involved in your own school’s considerations regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  We want you to know we are also thinking about its potential impact on our June gathering in Denver for the annual conference.  The decision has been made by the NALSAP Board that to best protect the health and safety of our NALSAP Community that it would be the responsible action to take to cancel our June 2020 Annual Conference in Denver, CO.  This decision was not easy, but at this time, we have no way to predict what June will bring, and even if our law schools are able to start having some semblance of normalcy by June, we'll all be very busy picking up the pieces of these months that we are remote.  To thank Denver for their gracious hospitality and to recognize how fantastic they have been to work with, the NALSAP Board approved to extend the invitation to the University of Denver Sturm College of Law to host the 2022 NALSAP Conference, which they have agreed to do (dates to be determined for June 2022).

As we continue to navigate the uncharted and unpredictable COVID-10 pandemic, we realize more than ever how much our NALSAP Community means to us.  While the current health emergency makes an in-person meeting impossible at this time, we will work to create new ways for our community to come together safely to share our ideas and experiences.
